Mohamed is currently a Master鈥檚 student in Applied Bioinformatics at King鈥檚 College London with a BSc in Biomedical Science. His academic journey and working experience bridges both wet-lab and computational analysis. He has developed strong skills in Python, R, SQL, SPSS and machine learning with the use of their libraries like scikit-learn, dplyr and pandas. He has applied these in diverse projects, including genomic analysis, RNA-seq pipelines, and predictive modelling for disease classification.

Mohamed is particularly interested in how data science can enhance precision medicine and support more equitable cardiovascular healthcare. He will be interning with the聽Quality Improvement team at the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS), where he hopes to contribute to meaningful health research while building deeper expertise in clinical data analysis. In the long term, he aspires to work at the intersection of translational research and AI driven healthcare innovation.
